JW Fitness Solutions is an independent personal training and sports  coaching company, operating from a private gym at Clifton College’s Sports Ground in Abbots Leigh, Bristol.

Our base at Clifton College consists of a completely private gym that has been fully equipped with personal training in mind.  In addition to the training areas, there is a treatment room for massage, a consultation room and also a full-time osteopathic clinic on site.

JW Fitness Solutions believes that individual programmes should be challenging yet manageable, allowing the client to achieve progress in a safe and enjoyable environment.  All prospective clients are given a full health and fitness assessment prior to commencing a personal training programme.  This test is specifically designed to highlight any health concerns and injuries and ensure that programmes will be appropriate to the needs of all clients.

All of the personal trainers working for JW Fitness Solutions have professional qualifications and these, together with our sporting backgrounds and enthusiastic approaches, enable us to provide our clients with thorough and precise exercise programmes.
