Fitness Classes
JW Fitness Solutions currently run 2 different types of fitness class, CIRCUITS & BOOTCAMP.
The CIRCUITS CLASSESS take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm, are led by Jim Williams and last for approximately 1 hour.
They are a high intensity, full-body workout and an extremely effective way to train, regardless of fitness levels or specific goals. These classes have been run by JW Fitness Solutions for over 6 years and numbers have shown that they are the most popular classes of their kind in Bristol, often attracting over 40 participants!
The BOOTCAMP CLASS is an open air class and takes place in Queen's Square in Bristol City Centre on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-7.30pm. The class runs in all weather and is a perfect way for commuters working in the centre to train after leaving the office. Ben Winter runs this class, and uses his experience in CV and resistance training to provide a hard but enjoyable workout! Contact Ben on 07875 471952 for further information.
CIRCUITS take place in The Bretten Memorial Hall in Clifton College Preparatory School. Booking is not required for any of these classes and participants of all fitness levels are welcome.
