Monthly Gym Challenge
May 2010 Challenge:
150 squats, 400m treadmill run, 150 squats, 400m treadmill run.
The squats need to be performed from fully upright position, dropping until your backside touches a standard weights bench. Once again, start your watch at the beginning of the 1st squat and stop at the end of the 2nd run.

April 2010 Challenge:
1km row, 50 press-ups, 50 sit-ups, 50 squats; 500m row, 25 press-ups, 25 sit-ups, 25 squats; 250m row, 15 press-ups, 15 sit-ups, 15 squats.
Try to work continuously. Start your watch when you begin the first row – stop the watch at the end of the final set of squats.
